The Walking Group Leader Award (WGL) is the appropriate award for leading walking groups in the UK uplands (other than mountainous terrain). Ideal for teachers, youth group leaders, D of E groups etc.

The training course lasts three days and includes naviagtion (day and night), group management and leadership as well as emergency procedures and evacuation.

In 2009 we're running two training courses: 30 May - 1 June and 2 Oct - 4 Oct
