The last SPA of the year! This year Northern Mountain Sport has provided more than 10 SPA courses alone. This course was for members of staff working at Simonside YIC in South Shields. The centre is a great resource and has some great all inclusive facilities. The weather was 'ok' for this time of year but it will be the spring now before we run any more SPA's.

We traditionally wind down this time of year and entries now are as likely to be about personal climbing as work. Watch this space!
