climbing on Skye

Jeff and I have just had a great couple of days on Skye climbing on the Cuillin and the Elgol sea cliffs. We completed the Bhasteir Round (Sgurr nan Gillean, Am Basteir and Bruach na Frithe) on day1. We descended to the Glenbrittle Memorial Hut for the night then headed to Elgol on day 2 as the weather was poor in the mountains. We had a great day climbing 'Jamie Jampot' VS, 'Crack of Zawn' E1 and the superb 'Angel of Sharkness' E1. Jeff had come all the way from the US to climb here and was impressed.

This site will be quiet for 3 weeks now as we're off to the Italian Dolomites and Wales. Images to follow!
