As technical partners to North Tyneside and South Tyneside Library services we attended the first Tyne2Seine session at Star of the Sea school in Monkseaton, where award-winning book illustrator Kork Paul (Winnie The Witch books) wowed the children with storytelling and illustration demos.
Tyne2Seine brings 2 UK childrens' authors to local schools and to partner schools in Paris with reciprocal visits from French authors. The project brings the authors and children together for a whole day session at Gateshead CLC.
